Our Platform
Streetrunner is a free guide to independent businesses in Portobello and Golborne. Listings are created to help customers discover local traders.

How Listings Are Created
Listings may be created through:

• Direct request from the trader
• Our editorial team identifying businesses that serve the local community
• Publicly available business information

Photography & Content Rights
All photographs taken by Streetrunner remain our intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your trademarks or brand assets. If you wish to provide your own images, you grant us license to display them.

Opt-Out (Removal Request)
Any trader may request removal of their listing by emailing. We will remove the listing within 14 days. Photographs taken by Streetrunner may be retained in our archive but will not be publicly displayed.

Opt-In (Explicit Permission)
Where a trader has explicitly requested a listing (verbally, by email, or in writing), they agree to these terms by virtue of that request.

No Payment or Contract Required
These terms apply to all listings on Streetrunner. No signature is required. By accepting the benefits of listing (exposure, customer traffic, photography), traders agree to these terms. Any trader wishing to formally opt out may do so at any time.

Limitation of Liability
Streetrunner is not responsible for customer actions taken based on listing information. We recommend customers verify details directly with businesses.

Future Services
Streetrunner reserves the right to introduce additional services in the future, including but not limited to:

• Delivery and purchase functionality
• Paid advertising or featured listings
• Premium trader profiles with enhanced visibility
• Analytics and customer insights

Any reintroduction of transactional services will be subject to separate agreement with participating traders.

Advertising & Promotion
Streetrunner reserves the right to sell advertising space on the website. Advertisements will be clearly labelled and distinct from organic trader listings. Traders have no claim to advertising revenue generated on pages featuring their listing unless a separate agreement is in place.

Marketing Rights
By accepting a listing, traders grant Streetrunner permission to:

• Feature their business in social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
• Use photographs taken by Streetrunner for promotional purposes
• Include their listing in aggregated guides, "best of" lists, and area features

Traders may opt out of specific marketing features by written request, though this may affect their listing visibility.

Governing Law
English law applies.
